The Normandy is located in central Englewood walking distance to  Swedish and Craig Hospitals and Safeway.  Englewood Plaza plus all  that goes with the South Broadway experience is at hand.  The secured entry lobby has been doubled in size and refined into a  625 square feet version of a hotel lobby with a couch, reading chair-  ottoman, game table and a new mail area.  The newly expanded  laundry room has 5 energy efficient front-loading washing machines, 6 front loading dryers, a couple of laundry carts for tenant use, a folding table and a convenient sitting area.  The roof deck is like an outdoor  “bistro” with tables, quaint lighting, flower pots and a gas grill for the  important stuff.  And one more thing: we attend to maintenance calls  immediately.
